Arrival and departure
Possible daily. The room is available from 13:00 on the day of arrival and until 09:30 on the day of departure.
Please register your arrival after 16:00 by telephone.
Cancellation of booking
- If you cancel your booking, we grant you a free period of notice up to 14 days before the planned arrival date. If you cancel later, 90% of the travel price will be charged and reference will be made to the cancellation conditions of the DEHOGA association.
- We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Travel cancellation insurance
Cancellation insurance is not included in the tour price, which is why we recommend that you take out such insurance. Cancellation insurance covers the cancellation costs (less an excess) if the accommodation has to be canceled due to death, accident or unexpected serious illness (including that of relatives).
We will be happy to send you a remittance brochure on request. The insurance contract is concluded by payment/transfer of the premium directly to the insurer.
