Our house is located in the traffic-calmed zone of Bad Füssing-Riedenburg. The distances to the thermal baths are: Johannesbad 400m, Europa-Therme Bad Füssing 600m, the Therme I about 900m. All thermal baths and parks can be easily reached on foot, by bike or free of charge with the local bus. Quiet and central, but not in the center.
Our district of Bad Füssing-Riedenburg is directly adjacent to the floodplain landscape of the lower Inn Valley with its miles of cycle paths and footpaths. The floodplain landscapes of the lower Inn Valley are among the largest natural bird sanctuaries in Europe.
A Mediterranean style with many small details pervades our entire house. All apartments and suites are very comfortably furnished with lots of atmosphere and equipped with balcony, shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, satellite flat-screen TV, radio alarm clock, telephone and fixed beds. Bathrobes can be borrowed. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, 2 hobs and appropriate crockery. Fresh bread rolls are delivered daily.
There is also a library, sauna, infrared cabin, fitness room, drinks machine, washing machine, dryer, bicycle storage, free e-bike charging station, chargeable e-car charging station and plenty of parking spaces for your car. Bicycle rental is available in the immediate vicinity. Internet is available free of charge in the house via W-LAN (250mbits).
Do not smoke in the apartment, please use the balcony or the outdoor area. Out of consideration for the other guests, pets cannot be accommodated.
You can also take part in the breakfast buffet on request.
Our apartments and junior suites meet the 4-star standard of the German Tourism Association with the exception that we cannot offer an oven or microwave or a dishwasher in the kitchenettes.
